ECOTOP Oradea

Saturday. 9 o clock in the morning. We are not sleeping at home, as it would be usually for a Saturday morning. We are in ECOTOP´s office. Nice way to start a day! HOW TO DEVELOP A PROJECT. This is the cause of our early wake up. And here we go....with Mr. George Togor. He explains us the difference between a programme, a project and the activities. Also about the Project Cake. And about project proposal. And much more things. Break. We stop for a  45 minutes break. We ate some pizzas from "The Bridge". And we continue. Always with team work activities. George explains us the subject and after we work about the specific subject.

17h o clock. We have finished. Where we can obtain the money from. Disadvantages and advantages between the public and private finnancement. A lot of ideas flowing into our mind.

Sunday morning. This day we have one hour more to sleep. We take the tram but we are not going to listen to the priest, like most of our travel colleagues. We are going to listen to Mr. George!! Of course, much more interesting. The way of thinking how to write a project, problems that can appear, team´s value, SMART objectives...lot of interesting notions.

Sunday evening and the course has finished. A very intensive course that maybe should be much longer. It is quite difficult to assume in only two day the huge amount of concepts mentioned. However, it has been one of the best ways to spend a weekend; learning how to develop your own ideas in order to change world´s problem.
